1. What We Sell
We offer two types of products:
- Physical Hardware: POS terminals, card readers, cables, stands, etc.
- Digital Software Licenses: Downloadable POS software installers and activation keys.
2. Purchase Currency
All prices on this site are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD). If you view this site from another country, you may see a converted amount in your local currency—however, your card will always be charged in USD at the prevailing exchange rate.
3. Order Processing
- Hardware: We process and pack all hardware orders within 1–2 business days of payment.
- Software Licenses: Digital license keys and download links are sent instantly by email upon successful payment.
4. Shipping & Delivery (Physical Hardware)
- Domestic (U.S.):
- Standard (UPS Ground): 3–5 business days
- Expedited (UPS 2-Day): 2 business days
- Overnight (UPS Next Day): 1 business day
- International: Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs.
- Rates & Fees: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- Hardware Returns:
- You may return unopened hardware within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping costs.
- To initiate, email returns@webdevz.net to receive an RMA number. Ship items in original packaging, insured for their full value.
- Hardware Exchanges:
- Defective or incorrect items may be exchanged at no cost. Email support@webdevz.net within 14 days of delivery.
- Software Refunds:
- All digital software sales are final once the license key is issued.
- If you encounter activation issues, we’ll work with you to resolve them under our Support Policy.
6. Order Cancellations
- Before Shipping: Cancel hardware orders for a full refund by emailing support@webdevz.net.
- After Shipping: Please follow the Returns process above.
- Software: You cannot cancel once your license key has been delivered.

8. Legal & Export Restrictions
Certain jurisdictions restrict the import or use of encryption-enabled devices. Customers are responsible for compliance with any local laws. Contact sales@webdevz.net if you have questions.
9. Privacy & Data Security
- We handle your personal and payment data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- All transactions are processed via Stripe over HTTPS under PCI-compliant standards. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
